However, she misled us and kept us in the dark for more than a week, until the owners posted the property on Zillow for a higher monthly rent than what Denise had advertised. Despite us being open and honest about everything, she said "it shouldn't be an issue since your income is sufficient." Yet, she still kept us waiting for two weeks. I called her multiple times to check on the status of the property, and she kept saying that they hadn't made a decision. When I called today, she didn't even answer. My fianc© called right after, and she simply said "I'm sorry". Be warned: save your time and money and do not rent from this management company. Apparently, Denise didn't even know what was going on with the house she was managing until I informed her about the ad on Zillow and the rent increase.
