Ive been living here for about 6 months and once my lease is up I will not be renewing After leaving a review about 2 months ago heres my update on living at Springdale Glen The todo list for our fully renovated unit has still not been completed AfteIve been living here for about 6 months and once my lease is up I will not be renewing After leaving a review about 2 months ago heres my update on living at Springdale Glen The todo list for our fully renovated unit has still not been completed After talking to the property manager who said that our issues would be handled our mirrors have still not been replaced our dishwasher is still leaking our pantry still cannot be utilized because theres some kind of roach nest in there behind the walls our sink is still pulling away from the counter our laundry room doors are still rusted and mildewed the paint is chipping off of our tubs and showers revealing the moldmildew underneath our closet doors are still off the tracks etc To top it off after my last review the maintenance came into our apartment multiple times stating that the neighbors below us complained of a leak and told us not to use our washer They found no leak in the washroom so we continued using our washer Then after one of the maintenance men entered our home for the last time the faucets that connected to our washer started leaking causing the laundry room floor to flood moldmildew to accumulate on the wall and the drywall to become damaged We know the drywall is damaged because the wall is literally caving in where the moldmildew is We put in an urgent maintenance request literally 5 days ago and they have yet to do anything about it In addition I just brought a newborn baby into the home and I also have an active toddler roaming around the home and these issues still have not been handled which are compromising the overall wellbeing of the children Once all the issues have been resolved I will gladly give an updated review Until then please do not move heremore ...hide ...

I don€™t recommend living here at all. The office staff are very rude and don€™t know how to talk to people if you call them to report something they just sound so rude like they don€™t want to talk to you. The maintenance is also a problem I€™ve called so many times about issues in my apartment and I€™ve been told they€™d call the maintenance to come and take a look up a few months ago nothing, my refrigerator is having issues and my food inside of it is spoiling they simply told me that only one maintenance guy was there and that I should to replace it but I don€™t think that€™s my job to replace it??? They can€™t expect people to pay rent but are rude and don€™t fix stuff when it€™s an emergency the amount you pay for living here isn€™t even worth it. The previous management was better than this and the crime rates in this area is just no.more ...hide ...
