Im a new resident to Parkwood Village and so far I am impressed The neighborhood is quiet affordable uptodate and has ample parking Angelique the property manager is wearing many hats well From application to lease signing i would say it took me a weIm a new resident to Parkwood Village and so far I am impressed The neighborhood is quiet affordable uptodate and has ample parking Angelique the property manager is wearing many hats well From application to lease signing i would say it took me a week to be shown two ready units and another two days to be signing and in Shes easy to get in touch with and is quick with her responserepair time Dave the grounds keeper has a quick response time as well To be one of the oldest Apartments in Douglasville from what Ive experienced they are in well kept conditions The only bad Ive experienced are the water bugs when going outside in the night to my car but its summertime in Georgia and there are a lot of trees so its to be expected They do offer pest control to help handle that as well And cats there are stray cats All in all you do not have to sacrifice quality for affordability here and thats what I appreciatemore ...hide ...

Enjoyed my stay there of 6 years It is very convenient to shops and restaurants and would like to thank the management staff for being proactive on any repairs that I may have needed
