I find it interesting based on reviews since that time that the reasons I moved away from here (roaches, broken A/C, sewage back ups, etc.) apparently have not been resolved. I even filed a complaint with the City of Marietta and had to have multiple visits from the building inspector as a result. I dont even know if this property was cited by the government or not. With that said, I blame the city government for continuing to issue occupancy certificate, business license, etc.I truly feel bad for the folks who live there. Its obvious that the owners are not going to be humane about their business practices. I urge the residents to contact their city councilperson and mayor since the Building Inspection and Business License Departments have seriously failed you.more ...hide ...

Recently, WM trash company was replaced by Valet trash Authority. The downside is that their services run from Sunday to Thursday only, resulting in garbage accumulating outside our doors and scattered around the neighborhood. The environment has become terribly untidy with rubbish strewn about parking spots and on the sides of buildings etc. KAYLA, a receptionist we engaged in this issue was shockingly unprofessional with no customer service etiquette - her behavior towards us has always been appalling regardless of whether it's face-to-face or over the phone. We are unsure why management still employs her without any professional courtesy or customer skills. (Photo below is not as bad as it has been.) Lastly, at our request, owner agreed to have my husband (the leaseholder) address this problem via reviews since I have been living here since 2018 - all office staff know me alreadymore ...hide ...
