I do not recommend living here. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything other people are doing in their apartments. They did a remodel and are up charging. This place is not worth the price they are up charging I do not recommend living here. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything other people are doing in their apartments. They did a remodel and are up charging. This place is not worth the price they are up charging to. The washer and dryer is suppose to go in the kitchen. The air is really loud, so if you want to watch tv I suggest watching it in your room. Some people that live over here are nasty and have trash just spilled everywhere and dont clean it. Sometimes the maintenance people get sent to your door without a notice. If you have maintenance issues it might take a while for maintenance to get to you or the front office just doesnt answer the phone. The doors are very raggedy, the whole foundation of the building is old and raggedy. The only thing that is good is that you dont have to pay for gas or water.more ...hide ...

The first year was great after that we have had problems after problems. I have a 2 year old that is now in an uninhabitable home. Indian Lake WILL be compensating me and my family for their lazy maintenance workers.more ...hide ...
