Due to me being away, they didn't vacuum and dry out my flat which remained wet. Aside from this, when you move in there isn't much cleaning done- bugs are painted over and appliances chip with time. Mold was also found in the bathroom and drains frequently clog up. Maintenance is unreliable and customer service is terrible; hallways aren't cleaned either so roaches, spider webs and cigarette butts are all over the buildings. The gate has been broken for more than a year now; even when it got fixed after a week it broke again soon after that. Moreover, management has partnered with an untrustworthy towing company who comes late at night to tow cars without permission- something which happened to me too despite my conversation with them about it before hand! To sum up these apartments are not worth it considering their prices as well as their unprofessionalism towards tenants' living conditions or livelihoods. more ... hide ...
