Getting information when I applied here was very difficult but the person who helped me was so nice and I actually ended up loving my apartment However after maintenance was doing some updates midDecember one of the plumbers that work here came to myGetting information when I applied here was very difficult but the person who helped me was so nice and I actually ended up loving my apartment However after maintenance was doing some updates midDecember one of the plumbers that work here came to my apartment and told me I have leak and asked me if I heard water in the wall I did not report a leak but since they were doing building wide improvements I let him in He went into my laundry room then came out and had is coworker do something to the water lines under the buildingnnOnce they turned the water on my pressure was greatly reduced Something they did on that day with the source of water entering my apartment reduced the water I was receiving greatly Before I had great and consistent water pressure despite a small amount of it leaking from the lower faucet when I turned on the shower After this maintenance my water has been reduced to less than half the pressure sometimes no more than a drip of water as if the faucet was off but a stream was escapingnnOnce I reached out to maintenance they came here and changed my showerhead However the plumber was never in my bathroom and did not tamper with those items I let management know the issue was the source of the water and when the plumber same one who caused the issue with my water in the first place came here he denied responsibility for the work of his partner insisted I am the plumber and again replaced the shower head and said the issue was with the fixtures which by now any logical person knows its not as no issue with my fixtures has caused a reduction in water pressure it all came after their supposed improvements I feel like I am in a third world country when it comes to water access and my emails and cries for help have gone unresolved by management for ALMOST TWO MONTHS The last email was sent in January and they said they were working with the plumbing vendor yet my water has actually gotten worse since writing them See the attached photos for the current state of my water I tried attaching narrated videos but I keep getting an error message Each photo is with the watered turned all the way onnnI am in dire need of legal counsel as each day I am more uncertain of how my access to running water will be As a tenant who pays full rent and tries to pay early when I can this is unacceptable and I cannot recommend this complex to anyone They are happy to take my rent but cannot assure reliable running water and that is not acceptable in the United States of America or any modern countrymore ...hide ...
At the time of this review Ive lived here for 8 months Its quiet clean and maintenance is super fast and they fix your things There are bugs but theyre managable I got things for that and they are at a low Id say this place is worth the money
