The dishwasher has been leaking, and the dial isn't working properly; it sticks at three spots. After a month he came back saying they will only fix the dial, then I asked on 12/2 what was taking so long and he said he's too busy. Manager said she'll have carpets shampooed, so I woke up two hours early to move furniture away from carpet but no one showed up until 3pm which made me angry and frustrated. To top it all off they increased my rent by $65 per month whereas other tenants got reductions! These people are liars; don't trust them or rent from them-it's not worth the trouble! 6/23/16 manager says repair guy fixed dishwasher but I still haven't seen him yet. more ... hide ...
