I cannot provide more details about the apartment complex since when I phoned the number provided on their website, a woman answered with merely a "Hello". Upon inquiring if this was Bramwell Manor Apartments, she replied with the date and time, which was 8:25 on a Sunday. We had recently arrived in town and I was well aware of the date and time. Bramwell was the third office I had called, but all the others were closed due to it being 8:30 on a Sunday. Thus, I had to leave a voicemail. The area and town are evidently developing and in order to get a place that is both available and reasonably priced, one has to be competitive. This puts the ball in the court of the shoppers. It is clear that there is a lot of competition. Hence, we will continue on with our list of possible homes. If this person does not want people calling their personal number, then they should not leave it on the website. Alternatively, they could buy a cheap cell phone at Wal-Mart for only 9.99. Certainly, this was not the kind of welcome we expected. I wish everyone luck in their search for a place to rent and hope that they do not have to contact this person at 8:30 on a Sunday. Management is really nice. Maintenance is efficent and diligent. Neighbors are great. They keep to themselves and arent intrusive. Quiet neighborhood even on weekends.
