He even works at Prairie View Estates in Ogden, KS where I resided before moving to East Gate Apartments. He told a tenant at Prairie View Estates that I was looking in neighbors windows in Clay Center. I believe this is defamation of character. He has been in prison and I dont understand why he can be the Maintenance man with a criminal record. I have never lived in such a miserable environment. This treatment to new tenants has been going on for years.
