This apartment complex is a scam I had lived there for four years During those four years we had 7 different property managersnnWhen I first tried to move Into WH I was assigned a unit for August 1st But when the day came around to move in they said This apartment complex is a scam I had lived there for four years During those four years we had 7 different property managersnnWhen I first tried to move Into WH I was assigned a unit for August 1st But when the day came around to move in they said they wouldnt have a unit until August 18th Well my family and I couldnt wait an extra two weeks to move in so we took a unit that had yet to be cleaned So because of that I myself cleaned the dirty walls and rented a carpet cleaner to clean the carpetnnFast forward four years our 7th property manager Walter helms was actively trespassing in our unit without a 24 hr notice Other tenets confirmed that he did the same thing in their unitnnWalter proceeds to call the cops on my family for the cannabis we were smoking in our apartment From there I get raided and my stuff takennnFinally three days later Walter writes my family a non renewal lease form Basically kicking us out of our apartment By the way we were in the midst of a pandemic and have always besides once accidentally pod my rent on time and in fullnnSide note We got a new unit different from the one I had to clean in 2020 We lived there a year Absolutely nothing was wrong with it and we have videos Yet some how they used my entire 790 dollar deposit and still charged me 46 dollars for move out feesnnSo if you like being trespassed on being harassed for smoking they harassed people for smoking cigarettes on their porch and having the cops called on you then west hills is your place But if youre a normal human being Id suggest somewhere else to livennTheyll charge you 200 dollars for a smoking fee all awhile towing your car and never once do anything about the million pot holes in the lotnnAll theyll do is abuse you as a tenet because all they care about is money and nothing else more ... hide ...

WORST APPARTMENT COMPLEX TO RENT FROM IGNORE TENNANTS MATIENCE REQUESTS FOR MONTHS AND TOWS GUESTS EVEN IF THEY ARE IN GUEST PARKING DO NOT RENT HERE

Good location thats about the only good thing I can say about my time living there
