I occupied Fox Run from April 2017 to January 2022 and believe it deserves a 2.5 to 3 star rating. Its advantageous to be close to a lot of stores and have walking trails nearby. CRES Management took control in April 2021 and moved to address all issues once they had the right property manager. This gave me some hope. However, they no longer accept section 8, which I think was unethical as I learned this from a neighbor instead of directly from management. As a single mother on disability, this put me in a stressful position as there are not many housing options. They allowed me to end my lease two months early; probably so they could rent at a higher rate. The second issue is that I only got a fraction of my security deposit back as it was used for water/trash/sewer for the prior two months. Was looking for apartments for my son and Asked if this was a good place to live (asked a tenant because they were staring me down as I drove through the parking lot) they gave me a dirty look and walked off. Approached the office in a nice car, dressed nice not looking like a vagrant and couldnt get in the front door before I was stopped and asked what I was doing there. It wasnt a hello how can we help you it was an accusing what are you doing here attitude.
