Since the pandemic started, she has been unreachable and deceptive. She makes up rules as she goes, backdates paperwork, and even notifies the seniors at John & Anita Fergusons Senior Living of her own birthday. She refuses to answer her phone and occupies the shared office area with the amenities we pay for like the TV, sofas, computers, and the workout area. We have never had the opportunity to meet her yet, but we moved in on the first day. We have complained to Corner Stone about the mold and other issues, but they never reply to us. Instead, Tiki Pyfrom calls us and scolds us for "calling her boss on her." We need help from elder abuse organisations since this place is horrific. Additionally, the rent is increased multiple times a year without prior warning. Something needs to change! more ... hide ...
