Office staff never answers the phone some not all staff are extremely unhelpful Ive had an ongoing issue with my hot water since the week I moved in about 9 months ago it continues to be an issue Ive made multiple complaints but maintenance doesnt Office staff never answers the phone some not all staff are extremely unhelpful Ive had an ongoing issue with my hot water since the week I moved in about 9 months ago it continues to be an issue Ive made multiple complaints but maintenance doesnt see the issue The water in my bathroom kitchen faucets comes out ice old takes approximately 6 minutes to heat up sometimes it only reaches lukewarm as the maximum temperature Ive had to take so many cool showers because the water in the shower almost never gets hot Which is such an inconvenience Im paying a water fee for water that doesnt even get hot The apartments are super out of date over priced Not worth it at all Washing is expensive Its cheaper to go to the laundromat up the street I dont have access to any amenities because everything is still closed even the leasing office due to covid more ... hide ...
