The leasing office and management staff never answers or returns calls We set up an appointment and show up and the door is locked with a sign posted out on tour Had an appointment with AJ the property manager who didnt show up but then another perso The leasing office and management staff never answers or returns calls We set up an appointment and show up and the door is locked with a sign posted out on tour Had an appointment with AJ the property manager who didnt show up but then another person finally opens the door after we had texted him 20 minutes later We walk into the leasing office and find everyone sitting at their desks who didnt appear to be working There was more than one person in the office so they can easily answer the phones or open the door They never return calls He never responds to calls or emails Our first apartment had black mold and took them all day to remediate with no access to our bathroom Poor communication and misinformation from the leasing office A lot of hidden fees and extra charges Poorly managed more ... hide ...

The community itself is nice great amenities the maintenance staff takes care and pride in what they do The units are modern and clean and the other residents are pretty nice and respectfulnnAfter living here for two years I can say the one thing tha The community itself is nice great amenities the maintenance staff takes care and pride in what they do The units are modern and clean and the other residents are pretty nice and respectfulnnAfter living here for two years I can say the one thing that kills this place is the management staff They are very kind and thoughtful during your first tour but once you sign a lease good luck getting ahold of themnIf you need something feel free to call and be placed on a forever hold You could go see them in the office if it was ever open The hours might say open from 10AM5PM but thats not all in a row They LOVE playing phone tag and are really good at it too youll never catch emnnId give this two stars because of the management staff but at the end of the day it is a very nice community to live in 95 of the time there arent any issues but its that 5 when you need something and nobody is there that really is upsetting more ... hide ...
