I have been living in the apartments since Nov 2021 This is by far the worst place i have lived in since moving to Columbia I have had water coming from my ceiling for a month My air has been broken since April and it is now July the summer will be o I have been living in the apartments since Nov 2021 This is by far the worst place i have lived in since moving to Columbia I have had water coming from my ceiling for a month My air has been broken since April and it is now July the summer will be over soon I have mice and roaches coming threw my vents from the upstairs apartment i go to the office faithfully every week for them to feed me lie after lie There are always getting my rental payment wrong and i have to go and take all receipts only for them to mess it again the next month I do not see me renewing my lease I give them no stars because they dont care nor are they even trying This review is not going to mean anything because they will never be a decent company then in order to post i have to give one but trust its not because i want to worstplacetolive notworthtomoney dobetter more ... hide ...

I lived at prosper fairways for 12 months and its an old building Saying that you can hear everything maintenance come when they want or lie and say came by already and to put the cherry on top its not really safe place from my experiences I moved ou I lived at prosper fairways for 12 months and its an old building Saying that you can hear everything maintenance come when they want or lie and say came by already and to put the cherry on top its not really safe place from my experiences I moved out over 2 months ago and have yet to receive my deposit back which was told to me that it was sent in Now the legal time for an apartment complex landlord to refund your refundable deposit is 30 days and its been well over 70 days Ive called to ask for the corporate number and I was informed that they dont know any contact information of the management company that owns the complex I recommend people to live somewhere more ... hide ...
