The Leasing office staff is disingenuous unprofessional and had I recorded our phone calls theyd be looking at some legal trouble Took over 3 months for them to process my application and suddenly rent is higher than they promised This is also after The Leasing office staff is disingenuous unprofessional and had I recorded our phone calls theyd be looking at some legal trouble Took over 3 months for them to process my application and suddenly rent is higher than they promised This is also after receiving the lease agreement ONE DAY before our previously agreed move in date They also promised a discounted rate for the first two months of the lease confirmed multiple times by multiple staff members but on the afternoon before Im supposed to move they have to confirm with a manager if the deal is even still possible They know Im a student and I need a place to move in quick so theyre obviously trying to strong arm me into a terrible deal Do not apply here and if you work here get a better job more ... hide ...

5 year resident here 3 stars since I know the complex has new owners and wont get everything correct the first time around However they need to work on answering the phones responding to voice messages as well as emails Communication Communication Co 5 year resident here 3 stars since I know the complex has new owners and wont get everything correct the first time around However they need to work on answering the phones responding to voice messages as well as emails Communication Communication Communication Many residents have been displaced many of whom have been veterans on a fixed income because of course they have to keep up with the market and no longer accept VASH I was due to renew my lease at the start of the year I did that but when I requested a copy it wasnt available It was always let me call you back I didnt get an answer until 2 months later They didnt renew because there was a balance on my account If that was the case why wasnt that said when I first inquired about it A balance was created because they failed to apply payments to my account The only way that I was aware my lease wasnt renewed is because they actually took the time to call me to see when Id be paying my past due balance of a 200 month to month fee and 100 late fee Had no Knowledge that Id be automatically placed on month to month especially since I had been Inquiring about the lease I had already signed Not a call or letter Not all apartments have been renovated so dont get your hopes up thinking youre getting some updated mold and roach free space There is a monthly fee for exterminating which I dont mind but these apartments should be treated just as much as the lawn is maintained In the 6 months since the property was sold my apartment has been treated once A walk throughphotos was done to note any deficiencies but it was all for show because no one ever came back to do any repairs of any sort The place has potential Okay thats all for now This review is not in reference to the 1000 giveaway People just need an honest review more ... hide ...

Excellent community The apartments are up to date Very peaceful Staff are very attentive Very close to downtown and a beautiful river
