5 year resident here 3 stars since I know the complex has new owners and wont get everything correct the first time around However they need to work on answering the phones responding to voice messages as well as emails Communication Communication Co5 year resident here 3 stars since I know the complex has new owners and wont get everything correct the first time around However they need to work on answering the phones responding to voice messages as well as emails Communication Communication Communication Many residents have been displaced many of whom have been veterans on a fixed income because of course they have to keep up with the market and no longer accept VASH I was due to renew my lease at the start of the year I did that but when I requested a copy it wasnt available It was always let me call you back I didnt get an answer until 2 months later They didnt renew because there was a balance on my account If that was the case why wasnt that said when I first inquired about it A balance was created because they failed to apply payments to my account The only way that I was aware my lease wasnt renewed is because they actually took the time to call me to see when Id be paying my past due balance of a 200 month to month fee and 100 late fee Had no Knowledge that Id be automatically placed on month to month especially since I had been Inquiring about the lease I had already signed Not a call or letter Not all apartments have been renovated so dont get your hopes up thinking youre getting some updated mold and roach free space There is a monthly fee for exterminating which I dont mind but these apartments should be treated just as much as the lawn is maintained In the 6 months since the property was sold my apartment has been treated once A walk throughphotos was done to note any deficiencies but it was all for show because no one ever came back to do any repairs of any sort The place has potential Okay thats all for now This review is not in reference to the 1000 giveaway People just need an honest reviewmore ...hide ...

The management is very nice . I had a few issues with the apartment but maintenance helped as quick as they could. If you treat people nice the they will treat you nice. At this point I€™m going to keep looking else where for a place to live with my children. I was told by two mangers that I would get approved for an apartment AND it€™s been 6 months . They never returned my calls or emails and they lied to me about me moving had me tel my children we were going to a new home and let my babies down . This is just not fair why lie to anyone about giving them an apartment. I€™ll never recommend them again . At this point just throw my application in the trash !more ...hide ...
This is more about Googles insistence on showing a map in GA for this address. This apartment complex is off St Andrews Road in Columbia SC. It is not in or near Martinez GA
