The staff is terrible but thats part do to owners every review that they have is true no place to recommend everything you think its going to better it just get worst and personally I think they will shut it down soon

I would rate this place zero stars if I could. I have been living here for two months and the level of unprofessionalism is extraordinary. I have been living here for two months and the level of unprofessionalism is extraordinary. Management doesn't know how to manage tenants; when a service request is submitted, they won't respond unless they are pestered or the landlord is contacted. I'm always hearing about the issues in other apartments, but never given a timeline of when my own will be tended to. When I moved in, the size was decent, but the space was filthy. Many of the appliances weren't functioning properly: the dishwasher wouldn't drain, the garbage disposal leaked water which spread to the floor (as seen in the photo), the refrigerator malfunctioned and had to be changed, the front stove coils burned and had to be substituted, the tub leaked, the water heater had to be swapped out, and the hot water didn't last longer than ten minutes (most likely because of the leakage reported). All of these matters were reported to maintenance multiple times, yet we're still waiting for help. I have never encountered so many issues in my life, yet we are still expected to pay rent.
