Unprofessional and Inconsiderate Weve been without Air Condition in the HEAT of the summer for about 3 weeks now without any known ETA on when the issue would be resolved Ive called and left voicemails on numerous occasions that went unreturned I lit Unprofessional and Inconsiderate Weve been without Air Condition in the HEAT of the summer for about 3 weeks now without any known ETA on when the issue would be resolved Ive called and left voicemails on numerous occasions that went unreturned I literally had to rush home to talk to someone physically which is totally UNPROFESSIONAL Being that heat rises and were on the top floor our apt has reached temperatures in excess of 90 degrees Theyve never offered an alternative solution as far as portable units industrial fans etc All they could say was that theyre working on orders in which they receive them but i guess this is NONESSENTIAL Property Management of this establishment needs to do something about this because at this point its deemed UNLIVEABLE Ive been a resident here for over 15 years which is ENTIRELY TOO LONG but its NEVER BEEN THIS BAD SO ALL IM GOING TO SAY IS IF YOU WERE LOOKING TO POSSIBLY INQUIRE ABOUT LIVING HERE DO NOT Just utterly RIDICULOUS more ... hide ...

The staff is terrible but thats part do to owners every review that they have is true no place to recommend everything you think its going to better it just get worst and personally I think they will shut it down soon

Worst place to live Every review it true No air for 2 years and have a 2 year old It sucks also living on top floor with all the hot heat

Terrible pest control roaches AND rats Rats so big it sounds like a medium size dog is upstairs and were on the top floor AC stopped working this past summer and after 3 visits they never came back and sent message saying the issue was resolved The m Terrible pest control roaches AND rats Rats so big it sounds like a medium size dog is upstairs and were on the top floor AC stopped working this past summer and after 3 visits they never came back and sent message saying the issue was resolved The maintenance people never offered to put in a window unit or offered help putting one in if we bought one Trash piles up all the time and is a constant safety hazard Mold from leaking ceilings air ducts most likely havent been cleaned since the place opened Definitely not somewhere I would recommend or stay again unless it was the last shelter I had I would rather sleep in my car Im not surprised management has changed so many times This place has several lawsuits just waiting to happen more ... hide ...

Great staff Just moved into a newly renovated unit Looks totally different than when I visited a few years ago Things are turning around
