Ive lived at Pinewood for most of a decade at this point Its nice quiet the managers dont take kindly to people disrupting that or making problems so it seems to mostly stay that way Theyve also gone out of their way to make sure that if something DO Ive lived at Pinewood for most of a decade at this point Its nice quiet the managers dont take kindly to people disrupting that or making problems so it seems to mostly stay that way Theyve also gone out of their way to make sure that if something DOES go wrong they take care of it fully and ASAPnnIts by the train tracks but the noise from that has never bothered me Its small but the price is right for it The apartments are old but theyre solid as rocks literally Concrete walls I personally love it here more ... hide ...

I just signed my 2nd lease here I love the people here especiallynMs Bonnie and maintenance is always on check I love my neighbors I attend USC the noise is no bother i can study peacefully during the day and when I come back from work around 2am i I just signed my 2nd lease here I love the people here especiallynMs Bonnie and maintenance is always on check I love my neighbors I attend USC the noise is no bother i can study peacefully during the day and when I come back from work around 2am it is so quiet I have no problems going to sleep PS the kids are awesome they just love to play After 8pm its quiet time everyone abides by it more ... hide ...
