Guests park wherever they want and dont get towed, its annoying how many people get away with this! When you get home you dont want to have to do laps to find parking. Maintenance takes their sweet time fixing issues and dont even thoroughly fix the problem. Everything is old and when they come and fix something, something else breaks. My heat was broken for the entirety of the winter and although I put several maintenance requests in, no one came to fix or even offer space heaters or anything. Not to mention this place has more power outages than I have ever seen. Kids vandalizing buildings and cars, my car was even broken into.
