The woman who assisted us was kind and accommodating, but she was unable to answer the majority of our inquiries, notwithstanding the fact she was an inhabitant as well as an office worker. Not a major concern, yet certainly not the sort of experience one would anticipate when prospective tenants are seeking a new abode.The worst part of the experience was attempting to actually apply for a flat. They wouldn't start a process for us in the office, notwithstanding our being present. When we inquired if they could reserve our name for a certain apartment just to ensure it wouldn't be taken before we could fill out the online application at home, there was nothing they could do. When we attempted to complete the online application, the apartment we had an interest in seemed to be unavailable.We contacted the personnel for help, and it took hours to receive a reply. The response was that we should apply for a different (smaller) apartment, using a distinct move-in date, and then they would adjust our application with the correct apartment. By that time, we chose to look elsewhere.I believe this apartment complex is probably okay once you get into one. But getting to that point appears to be unnecessarily arduous. more ... hide ...

The guys did a great job with the cleaning But the person has allowed their dog to do the same again As of today 742022 its still there The person with the dog should be paying the personal for having to keep cleaning up their doing mess
