Firstly I know they will say something like we dont have a resident here with this name and thats because Im using a fake name and always use fake names on my online accounts and no I will not tell you my namennI live in a one bed one bath unit with Firstly I know they will say something like we dont have a resident here with this name and thats because Im using a fake name and always use fake names on my online accounts and no I will not tell you my namennI live in a one bed one bath unit with my husband When we signed our lease the rent which was advertised as their regular rate online was 1k12k I dont remember which at this point We signed for a shorter lease since we didnt know if we wanted to stay here When we went to renew our lease we saw it was now 14k a month for our same unit for a 1214 month lease When we inquired about why there was such a steep price hike thats when they deigned to inform us that our first lease with them was a special rate only for first time renters Yet its the price listed on the website and we were not informed of this special rate when we first signed our leasennWhen we actually entered our apartment after getting our keys the carpets were still very wet from them attempting to clean them the cabinets drawers and fridge had not been cleaned In face we still had some dishes left from the last person 75 of our outlets are so loose you cant plug anything in Theres virtually no lighting in the apartment so combine loose outlets with needing to buy lamps and youre still living in the dark Maintenance requests take forever since they genuinely only have 2 people working maintenance Theres no emergency after hours line to callnnNow the most recent issue WITHOUT SENDING ANY NOTICE WHATSOEVER theyve contracting an incredibly scummy towing company on demand towing to come out notices on our vehicles on 62922 that they are going to tow our cars Both my car and my husbands car are not violating anything They are not in disrepair they are not out of inspection date and the registration is NOT expired A neighbor also just bought a brand new car with brand new registration and state inspection and he also received the notice These notices were placed on our windshields with some sort of really tacky adhesive I cant get off easily IF MY CAR IS MISSING I WILL CALL THE POLICE FOR VEHICLE THEFT AND TAKE YOU TO COURT DO NOT UNLAWFULLY TOW MY OR MY HUSBANDS VEHICLE ESPECIALLY WITHOUT WRITTEN NOTICE We have NOT received a letter or an email about thisnnI will continue to update this as they continue to piss me off Please avoid this place its a scammore ...hide ...
