Rather than mailing out parking passes, they simply left a l The current office manager at Iron Creek Circle Apartments took unfair advantage of the 50+ residents amidst the pandemic, disregarding the stay-at-home order issued by Virginia's governor. Rather than mailing out parking passes, they simply left a letter on our doors, not taking into account elderly residents' health conditions or making sure everyone received their correspondence in a secure manner. Anybody exploiting vulnerable people during this time should understand that justice will be served; we have rights as tenants and deserve to be treated fairly instead of being taken advantage of. The office manager was even worse; she contacted On Demand Towing and referred vehicles to be towed for $150, which gave her a cut from the profits. Many of us are on fixed incomes and just cannot afford such an expense due to someone else's greediness. I myself only receive $750 a month, so imagine my shock when I discovered my car missing! I feared something had happened to it until I learned it had been towed away. To make matters worse, now that I have spent money to get my car back, I'm running low on food and must find a food bank until my SSI check arrives next month. On top of all this anxiety is the fear that it could happen again; listening for tow trucks has become part of my nightly routine now...please pray for me -I need your help! more ...

Management and rental turnover is high. Water intrusions not remediated. Simple fixes not happening rather concealment and or evict. No one should live w/ mold, upper respiratory maladies and fungal infections!!!Snarky
