We have been living at The Timbers for over 7 1/2 years now. The office staff is friendly & always great to help. Debbie is wonderful! The maintenance crew is awesome & very quick. We have been very happy here.

This is Joan and Rebecca. It started because my neighbors reported lies that my husband and i were causing loud noise (which was a lie) ..My neighbors were watching my husband with a flashlight when he would return from work, we reported that to the office and they had no problems with my neighbors doing so....I was told by Joan in the office that my husband made the neighbors feel unsafe and his music did too...(keep in mind were black and the people saying this are white) They absolutely had no problem with my husband feeling uncomfortable and targeted ....One day after my husband went in there to report how uncomfortable he felt by this he was only told by Joan that he \"should respect our neighbors\" and that \"people can look out of their windows if they want\".... I decided to go in there and get a copy of the lease...lets just say both Joan and Rebecca got really unruly ...unprofessional and downright ignorant.. I too unfortunately took that route after i felt backed into a corner... I spoke with the lady in corporate and she told me things would be okay on my end..but didnt hesitate to let me know that the two women in the office were \"shook up\" ..and felt threatened... now move forward almost a week later my husband gets a call saying that they want us to leave in 30 days because the two women felt unsafe to return to work.....Mind you there were no physical threats made.. and also Im 54 and 6 months pregnant so exactly how frightening is that ?? also if these women were that scared to return to work, why werent the police called immediately ?? not to mention they actually have been at work. ..so because of the emotional distress and the illegal reasons were being asked to leave Ive obtained legal aid and i look forward to bringing this to justice.. The apartments are nice BUT IF YOU ARE BLACK YOU PROBABLY WONT BE TREATED PROPERLY... Theyve caused me an unsettling amount of distress during my pregnancy and I wont stop until legal justice has been made.more ...hide ...
