Office staff is very rude Veda is so disrespectful I had a house fire and as the apartment was going up in flames Veda was on the phone calling Housing Authority Not once did she express any empathy That wasnt the time or place She tried to tell anOffice staff is very rude Veda is so disrespectful I had a house fire and as the apartment was going up in flames Veda was on the phone calling Housing Authority Not once did she express any empathy That wasnt the time or place She tried to tell an apartment manager that i owed money to Winchester due to the fire while the case was still being reviewed She is very spiteful the manager at my new complex knew of her and wasnt shocked by the situation Veda also tried to tell me that the smoke would never come out of my clothes and nothing was able to be saved but the Mighty God that i serve made sure nothing in my closet was destroyed or damaged There is one maintence man that steals and tried to sell some of my daughters things including her beats headphones ipad a laptop and 3 pairs of her Jordans At the end of the day those items have been replaced and im thankful no one was injuredmore ...hide ...

My elderly mom lives here. They are very affordable and have many amenities for seniors, including Food Bank once per month that comes right to the apartment building. A pool is available at the next building over.
