I have been associated with Brook Creek Crossing through either friends or family Through the years I have observed and experienced not only the downfall in the quality of the grounds and inside of the apartment upkeep by maintenance These apartments I have been associated with Brook Creek Crossing through either friends or family Through the years I have observed and experienced not only the downfall in the quality of the grounds and inside of the apartment upkeep by maintenance These apartments used to be the sought after apartments in the area I am soo disappointed in coming back and seeing how the breezeways are disgusting the pool is unkept and the sidings need a routine power washing I am not sure it if has to do with site management being unconcerned or severe budget cuts Whatever the excuse it is very concerning and bring down the Midlothian area more ... hide ...

My friend lives there and I visit sometimes I noticed and then she says there is always sketchy things happening at night Rent is cheap though

I was so discouraged! I had been perusing their site, interested in applying for a home. I currently live in the west end, but was thinking about relocating to the south side to be closer to family. I saw a few floorplans that had reasonable rates, w I was so discouraged! I had been perusing their site, interested in applying for a home. I currently live in the west end, but was thinking about relocating to the south side to be closer to family. I saw a few floorplans that had reasonable rates, which of course caught my attention. I visited the leasing office and was welcomed, or rather not welcomed, but more like I was a disturbance. I spoke to the lady and told her I was interested in seeing the place and possibly applying. She curtly said - we have a 6-12 month waitlist. That was it. She said nothing else. Did not offer to help, sit down with me, or enquire if I had any queries. I understand that it is a very diminutive community and I am sure the waitlist is extensive. I am employed in property management, I am a leasing consultant myself. My company would NEVER permit such impolite and ghastly customer service. The thought of it makes me shudder. I work in a community that has over 250 apartments, on average with around 500 people, all by myself. You had the time to sit down and speak with me in your, perhaps 100 unit community. Drucker and Falk need to spend a little more energy teaching these employees to provide better customer service. more ... hide ...
