Maintenance men are LAZYBut other than that its a great place to stay

I enjoyed a spacious 2 BR 2 BA apartment in building 7 Upon inspecting my unit on movein day the unit was not available to be shown when I signed the lease I was appalled and dismayed It was evident that the apartment had been home to a roach infes I enjoyed a spacious 2 BR 2 BA apartment in building 7 Upon inspecting my unit on movein day the unit was not available to be shown when I signed the lease I was appalled and dismayed It was evident that the apartment had been home to a roach infestation dead exoskeletons and droppings in and above the cabinets and I feared the worst However I am pleased to say that after THOROUGHLY bleaching and cleaning everything and putting down my own pest solutions I NEVER saw one of those critters thank you JesusnnThe faux wood vinyl flooring gave the apartment a feeling of elegance that was most definitely appreciatednnI called for maintenance once regarding a toilet backup situation in the guest bathroom however I was advised that it was not considered an emergency as I had access to another commode in the master bathroom Given the circumstances of Covid19 I was disappointed to pay for 2 bathrooms while only having full access to one of them but simultaneously understanding Thankfully before my lease was up two brand new toilets were installed in the apartment and they worked beautifullynnInitially I was convinced that one year at Bristol Park was MORE than enough for me however when I gave my notice Ms Latishas sweetness had me secondguessing She really is one of the sweetest human beings Ive encountered in Jackson and a major bright spot at Bristol Park as other reviews attestnnNevertheless I have decided that it is time for me to move on What I will miss most about my experience at Bristol Park is the neighborliness of my surrounding residents Everyone was so kind so friendly and thoughtful Im grateful to have had them as neighbors They made what began as a bleak nearly unbearable living situation much more enjoyable I pray to have that type of community feeling at my new abode Shout out to the residents of Building 7 and Building 8 more ... hide ...
