If you don't possess a permit, you can't keep your vehicle in the driveway or else it will be towed away. You are only given a single guest pass. Anytime somebody visits, we constantly have to make sure that their vehicles are taken away. No one likes to come over because of the fear of being charged an exorbitant fee. If you lose your pass, there will be a fee of two hundred dollars. The tow truck will move any car that is blocking another car, regardless of the situation. They are always sending out memos informing us to do certain things, which I understand is to maintain order. Nonetheless, I have seen numerous trailers in the region with a great deal of trash outside. Our dog bowls were outside and they told us to take them away or else we will be charged a hundred dollars. It feels like they are only interested in the money. If people don't adhere to the rules, they will be charged for every single thing. There have been a lot of people who have voiced their grievances, yet nothing has been done. I don't know why they have not taken any action. If there were other options, I'm sure that no one would live in this area.more ...hide ...
