My roommate and I were supposed to move in today Weve had an apartment reserved close to a month at this point and have called them multiple times a week through this process to make sure we were getting all of our paperwork in and were ready to move My roommate and I were supposed to move in today Weve had an apartment reserved close to a month at this point and have called them multiple times a week through this process to make sure we were getting all of our paperwork in and were ready to move in We show up today to sign the lease and we are told that the lady in charge of our account quit and deleted all of our information Mind you we paid 170 already for the application fees and the hold They tell us that the apartment we were supposed to be renting is now on a hold for someone else and tries getting us to get an apartment that cost 150 more a month They told us that it was all they could do at the moment and they couldnt get ahold of the office manager We are still waiting to hear back from them more ... hide ...

Maintenancee team seems knowledgeable They are very respectful when coming into your home They also communicate the issues with you and if they need to follow up on the issue or not Also they worked with me on rent when I couldnt make it on time
