My daughter moved there in December of 2015 Love the area and the apartment is great size for one person We had to wait before she moved in so they could paint and replace or clean the carpet On her move in day we arrived and the maintenance man was My daughter moved there in December of 2015 Love the area and the apartment is great size for one person We had to wait before she moved in so they could paint and replace or clean the carpet On her move in day we arrived and the maintenance man was spot cleaning the walls and the lady from the office was sitting on the floor trying to get spots out of the carpet There were several worn spots and a tear right at where the carpet meets the kitchen linoleumnWe talked about painting and getting the carpet repaired and cleaned or replaced Nothing was done Now it is 2022 and she has standing water and the lady tells me she cant look at it till Monday By then there will be so much damage and cost will be so much higher than it would have been Its it been a week Ridiculous Hope someone from corporate see help apt 11 more ... hide ...
