I talked with Reva And Gladys on the phone and both were courteous, friendly and professional! The grounds were well maintained and the common area was very modern, a computer lab was on site, workout room, and laundry facility! I havent ruled Yellowwood Terrace off my listof apartments! The complex is within walking distance of retail stores restaurants, and even a car dealership! I know they have a waiting listand seeking to relocate in the next 2 or 3 months if not sooner! My Grandfather lived here for 3 plus years. The end of November we had to make the decision to place him into rehabilitation for a 3 week treatment. Unfortunately on December 18th my grandfather passed away the same day I was to have him moved out his apartment. Which we did. We cleaned everything cleaned walls, toilet, fridge, stove, floors. There was little to no damage. After weeks of trying to figure out where his deposit was no letter in the mail nothing. I talk to one of the woman there I believe her name is Heather but she emailed me some pictures which was taken before the move out. Without permission to go in apartment. I have contacted hud and trying to contact the owner I would live to speak to someone over this matter. They took his $413. Deposit to paint a double coat cause he was a smoker and the rest to replace the kitchen and bathroom floor that didnt need replaced . I feel they are taking advantage of this because he passed away.more ...hide ...
