I was hesitant to leave a review, but the new management (whoever they are) are terrible. I had been trying to call with no answer, and when I got to the office there were only two people working. I spoke with Les, thinking he was a manager, but he w I was hesitant to leave a review, but the new management (whoever they are) are terrible. I had been trying to call with no answer, and when I got to the office there were only two people working. I spoke with Les, thinking he was a manager, but he wasn't. The assistant manager seemed to lack experience. The new management company has no understanding of the current economic climate, according to the assistant manager. I have lived here for two years and never had an issue until they came along. It was difficult to get maintenance to come. People would often hang out, leaving behind destruction for hardworking people to come home to. The water is consistently shut off. After I moved out, I took some of my things and when I returned, there were no signs of a break-in, but my things had been stolen. This leads me to believe either maintenance or office personnel had been in my apartment. I had a security camera before I left, but I took it with me, so I guess that was a sign. This is not a place for people with young kids, as the neighborhood is declining and may become Section 8. There is also a mold issue in the apartments. more ... hide ...

The management when you first get there seems okay and like there making an effort to assist you but thats only to get you there the homes set up is very much weird but the inside of the apartments are cute but that means nothing when every other wee The management when you first get there seems okay and like there making an effort to assist you but thats only to get you there the homes set up is very much weird but the inside of the apartments are cute but that means nothing when every other week theres something leaking are breaking I have to keep coming out of pocket to work on things management should be doing but despite the fact that every time they come and fix something its something else messing up within that time I understand its other residents but when you say your going to come back in do something I expect that its your job at that front desk also is On organized and unprofessional mainly most of the time or you cant even reach anyone so you leave voice messages sometimes they get back to you sometimes they dont also Also when you contact are walk in to put a maintenance request in they always claim theres not one in the system Im not the best resident but I do try more ... hide ...
