There's an amazing staff here - Brianna has been around longer than me and always knows where to get good food; Sara and the office staff are very helpful too, plus they organize regular events for residents. Maintenance is also great - they're always eager to help out when needed. The location is also ideal: a highway away from the airport, two malls within 5-6 miles, movie theaters, beaches nearby... I've lived in other apartments before but this one stands out for its modern updates and friendly personnel. I LOVED living here Maintenance and office staff were also so friendly and helpful This complex was very clean and reasonably priced for tampa area updates spaces and nice appliances Only reason I moved out was because of moving out of town
