They are eager to cooperate no matter what. The apartment complex's size relative to the cost is a fair price and can't be compared to other apartments. Parking has been an issue for some time due to occupants having 3-4 vehicles for a single bedroom. Today I noticed them enforcing the parking permit. Hopefully, these extra autos can park in the visitors area and not the tenants'. I have resided here for two years, and during my time I have seen many developments, such as introducing a drainage system to reduce flooding during storms. They reconstructed the dock that was destroyed during the hurricane and repainted parking lines due to people taking two spots at once when I first arrived since it was non-existent. Concerning the cockroaches, yes, they are present in the world. What do you anticipate from a building constructed in 1969? They are regularly sending out pest control to battle the infestation. If I could suggest one thing, it would be changing the building numbers logo. Delivery people do not understand that building number xx17 is within building complex xx15-xx19. As there are multiple apartments with the same apartment number, they end up delivering the food to the wrong place. Please rectify this.more ...hide ...
