I have had nine successful leases in the past, but the last two ended with me canceling my agreement as I refused to pay to stay somewhere I was not content with the atmosphere and the office staff. Since I have moved to Westbury, two things have always remained consistent: fantastic customer service from the office personnel and prompt responses to maintenance requests when I submit them. The staff here has always been friendly, not confrontational, and accommodating when I have a problem. My packages have never been taken, smoking is not allowed in the stairways or hallways, they will send out pest control as often as you ask, and other residents cannot leave smelly garbage outside their front door. I just renewed my contract in May, and I am pleased with my decision. No place is ideal, but due to Westbury's willingness to take care of my issues quickly, they come close. Because of how much they value their residents' satisfaction, I would suggest Westbury to anyone. more ... hide ...
