I would not advise anyone to relocate here. My main concerns were the parking, noisy neighbors, bad management, and, just like other reviews said, the rubbish state. I usually finish work late, and it was almost impossible for me to find an available parking spot afterwards. I had to either chance it and park on the side of the street or park far away from my apartment, which would take me 5-10 minutes to get there. My girlfriend's car was nearly totaled because of a hit-and-run while it was parked on the side of the street, resulting in thousands of dollars of damage. The management here is a mess. Everyone gave us a different answer and it was incredibly challenging to get them on the phone. Some of the staff were friendly, but others were really brusque and would get into arguments or become confrontational. Our neighbors were very loud and had a few dogs that they would leave alone the whole day, making them bark without end. The rubbish condition was revolting. It was as if people were throwing their garbage as hard as they could against the dumpster, causing it to spread all over. There were raccoons and rats everywhere. I lived here for a few years transferring to a different unit when I got a raise I paid my rent EARLY every month but came home to an eviction notice on my front door one day I was told that my rent had been going towards the previous unit instead of I lived here for a few years transferring to a different unit when I got a raise I paid my rent EARLY every month but came home to an eviction notice on my front door one day I was told that my rent had been going towards the previous unit instead of the new one The office stated that this happens sometimes and they would fix it But it happened again the next month So insane How can you put an eviction notice on someones door TWICE knowing that they just transferred and this issue is fairly common Wouldnt you first check to see if their rent was going into the old account Apparently not Extremely disrespectful to someone whod already been living there for a couple yearsnAnd just to echo the other comments yep the trash is always overflowing and full of raccoons parking is really limited and theyll nickel and dime you wherever they can more ... hide ...

I called 911 at 532 PM to inquiry about openings in November and additional information relating to rental requirements They told me they had no available units However 30 minutes ago my friend called and they had a 22 available in November
