My main concerns were the parking, noisy neighbors, bad management, and, just like other reviews said, the rubbish state. My girlfriend and I stayed for about 8 months before ending our tenancy contract. Thankfully, we left before they had the option to increase our rent. I usually finish work late, and it was almost impossible for me to find an available parking spot afterwards. I had to either chance it and park on the side of the street or park far away from my apartment, which would take me 5-10 minutes to get there. My girlfriend's car was nearly totaled because of a hit-and-run while it was parked on the side of the street, resulting in thousands of dollars of damage. The management here is a mess. Everyone gave us a different answer and it was incredibly challenging to get them on the phone. Some of the staff were friendly, but others were really brusque and would get into arguments or become confrontational. Our neighbors were very loud and had a few dogs that they would leave alone the whole day, making them bark without end. The rubbish condition was revolting. It was as if people were throwing their garbage as hard as they could against the dumpster, causing it to spread all over. There were raccoons and rats everywhere. It's not worth it.more ...hide ...

The office personnel are incompetent, the maintenance team failed to address any of our major concerns in the unit, the area is not secure, and they charged an exorbitant amount for supposed "damages" without accommodating us in any way.
To elaborate: The office staff were unable to answer any of my queries and became agitated whenever I contacted them or visited their office. The maintenance crew didn't repair our A/C unit even though it malfunctioned several times and blamed the heat on our TV. They also had to come to fix a leak in the bathtub six times due to their inability to get it right the first time. The complex itself charged me $660 for a carpet replacement despite them forcing me to have the carpet cleaned before I moved out, $115 for a plastic piece in the refrigerator, $30 for blinds that were missing when we initially moved in, and $300 for paint even though we hadn't painted the unit and left it precisely as we found it.
If you're searching for an adequate place to live, avoid this complex as the tenants are of no significance to the landlord or owner even though we are their only source of income.
I wouldn't give it a single star if I could.more ...hide ...

Very disrespectful Hispanic lady in office!! I was considering to move here but after this encounter definitely not. Disrespectful as hell!! My aunt to take her medicine at a certain time and I was also cooking so unable to finish and I€™m sure because of her attitude she ain€™t sending no one soon!! Management need to teach all workers to be respectful regardless!! Customer service is key to business!!more ...hide ...
