2022-08-16T23:59:49ZI wish I wouldve read the reviews prior to signing my lease I was enamored with its charm and the beautiful trees outside Regarding the AC situation thats entirely true The units are not able to keep up with the Florida heat and the apartment is sma I wish I wouldve read the reviews prior to signing my lease I was enamored with its charm and the beautiful trees outside Regarding the AC situation thats entirely true The units are not able to keep up with the Florida heat and the apartment is small My AC is on the coldest setting and its 86 degrees in here at 10pm It was almost 90 at 5pm Most times its cooler outside than inside Ive had 2 service maintenance requests Take into consideration the cost of electric when you move here as the units are not well insulated and the Acs OLD TECOs budget billing was 160month The flooring here is the worst linoleum Ive ever seen You can drag your feet and it tearsnThe office staff is nice They appear as though they care Im just not sure where the problem is between their care and concern and getting the issue fixednUpdate 8622 Roaches Ive put in 3 service requests now Two were closed as completed although according to my camera no one entered my unit I received a email today stating they will put me on a special list Secondly the PTAC air conditioners are on back order Its been a week The gave me a loaner portable which cools my couch I had to purchase one for my bedroom I live in a terrarium Ive emailed the management since theyve responded to this review Thus far No one is really capable of solving any of the issues Nor are they giving me any discounts We pay service charges for trash valet trash and pest controlnRegarding the positive reviews From the outside the place looks greatnUpdate 810 today they put in a new PTAC unit AC downside I didnt cook at all electric bill came in at over 200 Still no answer on my bug problem Ive begun naming them in hopes theyll consider me friendly and I can sway them into leaving on their own more ...
