Brent, I have supplied evidence multiple times, how difficult is it to solve? I should not be forced to take Franklin Street to court in order to keep a roof over my head when I have already paid you. Do not move here; they will try to take your money. EDIT: The new owners of this place are now trying to evict me due to the unsettled payments that the office personnel could not get the past company to solve! *** DO NOT MOVE HERE! *** The office staff are friendly and polite, yet the business that possesses this apartment (Cushman and Wakefield) is horrible! My flat was not ready when I moved in, the move-in costs changed on several occasions, service requests are never tended to, and worst of all they have added three unjustified fees (e.g. for not having renters insurance even though I presented evidence of it) and seem to ignore the on-site staff members who are trying to help me fix it. more ... hide ...

It was really difficult for me to get a hold of them over the phone, so I decided to go there in-person since they have quite flexible hours (Monday to Friday they close at 6:00 PM and on Saturdays they open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM). As soon as I stepped inside, I noticed why they don't answer the phone - the office was extremely crowded! It was great to meet Amber, especially since it was her first day! She was professional and tried her best to answer my queries, or asked for help if she wasn't sure. Like many other places, this business was short-staffed, so they were doing the best they could. I faced a few issues with my application, and had to return to the office multiple times. Amber, as well as the other ladies, were all extremely kind and understanding. Once I visited at 5:30 PM (just before closing), the manager was there to assist the staff and help them finish up. I've had a wonderful experience and I am really excited to move in March!
