Since moving in, I have been struggling with revolting cockroach troubles. I have complained numerous times, and all they keep saying is maybe if I keep my apartment tidy, they'll go away. I have had multiple so-called treatments from pest control, but the issue is only getting worse. These people should feel embarrassed of themselves. All they do is take your money, spend it on gates that don't function and countless pointless cameras. Management visits your apartment whenever they please. They are all impolite in the office and kept telling me I'm the only one with the roach problem, which is a total lie. I talked to some of the neighbors and the whole building is overrun with roaches. All the appliances are antiquated and outdated, but they won't change or repair anything. I despise this place and regret that I brought my kids here. I cannot wait to escape this cockroach colony they call apartments. I am exhausted of constantly cleaning; I have traps all around, which makes me apprehensive because I have a toddler. I'm paying $1162 a month to clean up roaches every day!! more ...
