Where to begin? I moved into my unit in October 2018 and they said they had someone lined up to replace the tile in the bathroom two weeks later, but it has been nine months and still nothing has been done. The A/C unit keeps malfunctioning - three weeks ago water started shooting out of the handler and when maintenance finally came out he said it was wired wrong and could have shorted or caught fire if I hadn't turned off the power.A week later my vehicle was broken into, then yesterday someone tried breaking into my unit which broke my door knob - management refuses to do anything about any of this despite multiple vehicles and units being broken into. Drug dealers are all over the complex; homeless people live on-site under trees; pests are everywhere, so pest control is a joke since they only seem like they're feeding them at this point. In conclusion: awful place to live unless you love thugs and roaches!Pros?? My lease is ending soonCons?? Park Springs Apartmentsmore ...hide ...
