The customer service here is terrible. No one EVER answers the phone. The only way to get them to answer was by calling from my work phone! They are only open 3 days a week from 9-1 and most people work during those hours. So basically they make it impossible to reach them! They go into your apartment with out giving proper notice and they take forever to fix something and when they do it breaks again a month later.
