The office manager, Emily R., is a primary factor for why I decided to stay. The fellowship among the inhabitants here is incomparable to those of bigger or other communities, and the respect and support given by Emily is remarkable. She has been so benevolent yet truthful when keeping us informed, making sure we are content. Content residents stay, while the others do not. If I ever have any issues, I call Emily and she makes sure it's taken care of. To be honest, if it weren't for her, I would definitely have left by now. Sinatra and Company has a manager who genuinely cares and for that, I am thankful to call this place my home.
