I have great rental history and have been renting since I was 17 (now being 38). This is clearly false information and they are trying to take advantage of people. I wouldn't look at this place ever again, I would rather pay more for rent than to have to deal with this. On top of the application fees, they charge an administration fee, so it's best to opt for a more expensive apartment complex. The old adage is true - you get what you pay for. This is false advertising and they are trying to steal your money for a cheap apartment complex. I thought this place was a good option given the rent and my disability, but I was shocked at the high deposit and admin fees. If I had to pay that much, I would just rent a house. more ...
