IMT TUSCANY BAY APARTMENTS

Ive lived in a lot of different apartments in 9 years but this has to be the worst including the gross apartments in college I submit 12 maintenance requests a month Windows have visible gaps as well as front door which makes this apartment extremely Ive lived in a lot of different apartments in 9 years but this has to be the worst including the gross apartments in college I submit 12 maintenance requests a month Windows have visible gaps as well as front door which makes this apartment extremely inefficient for energy Toilet constantly runs and shower is almost impossible to turn off unless i use a towel Bugs are consistent and i clean very regularly The best part is that the office never answers phone calls or emails And when you do submit maintenance request they talk to you like youre 5 years old I expressed my concern that I can feel the outside air coming into the apartment I was told I simply dont know how to close a window and after a demonstration was expected to show I now had the newfound knowledge to close said window I dont feel comfortable contacting maintenance since Ive been talked to in a condescending manor every time Im counting down the months until my lease is up more ... hide ...

Loved the place I went to get a tour and get answers to many questions I received great service and answers to every question Kendall Morales did a great job giving us a tour and explaining everything Definitely recommend the place
