I'm not one to usually post reviews, but I must warn potential renters of our experience at Haven. My family and I lived there for two years, and it wasn't bad until the management changed recently. My family and I lived there for two years, and it wasn't bad until the management changed recently. Crime was rampant around the community with people screaming and gun shots heard weekly; police were a daily presence. The apartments were supposedly "newly renovated," yet it was terribly done - cabinets would fall apart, drawers wouldn't open and close properly, and the stove was outdated. Water shutoffs occurred without prior notice or explanation often; a gnat infestation plagued many of us for months despite attempts to resolve it by placing cups of apple cider vinegar in each room! Worst of all though is the office staff's utter lack of professionalism; they never answer their phones or return calls, you're forced to pay rent through an app that then tells you to contact your apartment when problems arise while they hold you liable for any fees... It's so clear they don't care about their residents - this is their HOME! Avoid this place like the plague. more ... hide ...

1 year update this place is absolutely horrible Management does not care about its tenants prices are increasing by almost 40 which is inconsistent with the market Speaking of inconsistencies residents are being charged all sorts of varying rental co 1 year update this place is absolutely horrible Management does not care about its tenants prices are increasing by almost 40 which is inconsistent with the market Speaking of inconsistencies residents are being charged all sorts of varying rental costs for the same exact propertiesnnManagement fails to provide security there have been multiple shootings in our parking lot homeless people bathing in the pools blatant trash left by the very contractors management hires thrown around as a hazard See photosnnAlmost every building has at least 5 empty units and management is increasing rental prices to justify THEIR financial lossesnnI advise to steer clear of this neighborhood unless you want to have vagrants build a camp behind your unit or want to wake up to the sounds of gunshots ambulances police stupid car mufflers and ridiculously loud musicnnAs far as management they will be really nice to you until you attempt to exercise your rights as a tenant The moment you speak to your rights management immediately vilified your and they stop treating their tenants with respectnnI would give this place negative stars but their ONE saving grace their maintenance crew is not that badnnWith the exception of not picking up hazardous materials left aroundnnAbsolutely love this community Love the amenities the ease of access and the superior attention from Ana Toala She is the staplenOf this community She made the entire application process a breeze and is probably the gem of this community My only reason for my 4 star review is my apartment is next to a noisy intersection Besides that though the apartment is immaculate the Google Nest has helped me save on electricity and I LOVE the valet trash service Hands down an amazing community more ... hide ...

Got new stove maintenance man was very nice and helpful Spoke little English but we understood each other perfectly Best maintenance man I ever dealt with Great service

The maintenance crew is always the best They always do what they say and complete the work quickly
