I am new at the complex but I am giving it 5stars off the strength of the front office and their level of professionalism and communication April was the manager that we contacted and let me tell you somebody needs to give that woman a raise She is k I am new at the complex but I am giving it 5stars off the strength of the front office and their level of professionalism and communication April was the manager that we contacted and let me tell you somebody needs to give that woman a raise She is knowledgeable both about the complex but also the neighborhood and Tampa in general She handles her business From initial contact to signing the lease she was attentive AMAZING at communication I could text her at 8pmand would hear from her by 901 am and she was so flexible I am a new mom so connecting to see the place sign documents providing documents and she was more than willing to rearrange her personal schedule to be able to work with me We moved in about a week ago and so far so good Loving the community and the neighborhood more ... hide ...

We love this place Office staff is great and maintenance guys are cool
