After weeks of waiting, we had to leave HUNDREDS of calls, emails, and messages, yet we never heard a response from Mirela. We eventually decided to take the matter into our own hands and file a dispute with our bank. The day after I filed the dispute, I finally heard back from Mirela. They said they would send us a check for the $200 in two weeks at most. However, it has been five weeks or more and we still haven't received the check. Every time we try to call, no one in the office picks up. We are now in the process of finalizing our dispute so we can get the money back since Mirela is unable to do it themselves. This place is a scam and will steal your money - I've read other reviews with people having the same issue as me. We started this in the beginning of June, and it is now August and we still haven't gotten our money back. This is highly unprofessional and very disappointing. more ... hide ...

We live with my husband in Texas and for work reasons we have to move to Tampa on June 9 we called Mirela Cristian answered us saying that if there was an apartment available we discussed our situation that we were not in Tampa to see the apartment w We live with my husband in Texas and for work reasons we have to move to Tampa on June 9 we called Mirela Cristian answered us saying that if there was an apartment available we discussed our situation that we were not in Tampa to see the apartment we called thousands of times until they attended us we filled out the application we paid 300 for it they asked us for data we sent it and supposedly on May 27 it was ready to move we requested the contract and they never responded or sent us I read the reviews about the shootings and thought Good thing we didnt go we avoided a HUGE headache Many thanks to the people who leave reviews to let us know We sent an email requesting the percentage refund of the 300 we paid for the application and they never responded they stole our money I hope you will have the slightest courtesy to return it some day Dont waste your time in this place more ... hide ...
