They also had to come to fix a leak in the bathtub six times due to their inability to get it right the first time. The complex itself charged me $660 for a carpet replacement despite them forcing me to have the carpet cleaned before I moved out, $115 for a plastic piece in the refrigerator, $30 for blinds that were missing when we initially moved in, and $300 for paint even though we hadn't painted the unit and left it precisely as we found it. If you're searching for an adequate place to live, avoid this complex as the tenants are of no significance to the landlord or owner even though we are their only source of income.
