2021-09-06T19:36:39ZI have lived in the Evergreen Arbors for almost 20 years The property is very well maintained and the men that do it do amazing job keeping up with it The management is amazing at handling any issues that you may have and are very kind to deal with J I have lived in the Evergreen Arbors for almost 20 years The property is very well maintained and the men that do it do amazing job keeping up with it The management is amazing at handling any issues that you may have and are very kind to deal with Just like any other place you live it is what you make it If you follow the lease and rules it is a wonderful community The people that run it do a great job keeping our community safe There newly done playgrounds for the younger children to play on and a basketball court also The Apts now have amazing AC units They also have been redone on the outside I know from living here over the years that the rep the Arbors hasnt always been a good one but I can say that now with all the new changes it has becomes a wonderful place to live I would recommend living here to anyone more ...
