She is one of the most impolite people I have ever encountered. She was yelling at my mother and me in front of my one-year-old daughter while she was trying to sleep. We were kicked out due to having a pet even though many people have cats and dogs without having ESA papers. Virginia also screamed at a friend of mine who lives there and invaded their privacy with surprise inspections. She even tried to blame a previous tenant for damage that was actually there when they moved in, but the tenant took her to court and won. Virginia is only concerned about money and is very hostile. The new maintenance workers are unhelpful and never come to fix anything when they say they will. The townhouses are filthy and smell terrible: our apartment had water damage in the living room, and Virginia tried to make us pay for it. They charge excessive amounts of money for minor repairs, and you can't have anything outside your door if it doesn't meet Virginia's standards of "tackiness". We had a children's play area outside our door and she threatened to fail us on our inspection if we didn't remove it. Overall, this was the most horrible landlord and worst apartments I have ever encountered. I wouldn't be paid to live there again, and I definitely do not advise anyone to live here.more ...hide ...
